David Ruler

David Ruler served Lutheran and Presbyterian Parishes in Ohio and Pennsylvania for over 30 years in full-time and part time or substitute capacities as director of music, organist, choir director, and recitalist. He consulted for various organ installations and is past Dean of the York, PA American Guild of Organists. David’s educational credentials include a Bachelor in Music Education from Susquehanna University, a Masters of Sacred Music from Wittenberg University, and post-graduate study in Handbells and Choral Music at Westminster Choir College, Princeton, NJ.

David’s primary work is delivering sales results and marketing solutions to organizations requiring an entrepreneurial attitude to penetrate competitive markets. His industry experience includes digital media, printing and publishing, ad agencies, software, professional consulting services, building products, public broadcasting, life sciences, electronics, education, manufacturing, performing arts and non-profits. He maintains a sales office in Buffalo NY and residence in Etobicoke with his wife Karen.

David is a board member and finance committee member at Brevillier Village Nursing Home, Erie, PA.  When not at work or on the organ bench his remaining time is dedicated to advocacy for natural health and healing, travel, music, photography, cooking, and wine.
