German concert organist Elke Völker teams up with Jacques Israelievitch, concertmaster of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, in a delightful and rare program of music for violin and organ. Mozart wrote these short works for organ and orchestra to be performed during Mass at the Cathedral in Salzburg. Celebrate Mozart's 250th birthday by enjoying two of the sonatas with soloist Ian Grundy in a program that also features Mozart's Solemn Vespers and Coronation Mass, presented by the Toronto Classical Singers and the Talisker Players under the direction of Jurgen Petrenko.
