The church is located at 50 St. Joseph Street at Bay St., south of Bloor St. Parking is available in the church lot (entrance on St. Joseph Street)
The organ at St. Basil's Church, Casavant Opus 800, was installed in 1919 with revisions done in 1981. There are 52 stops, 57 ranks and 3,375 pipes.
